Lagos, 2Baba to boost tourism at African Cultural Festival as ‘African Queen’ tops Billboard list.

Harrisburg, PA – 22 August 2025 —The Lagos State government and Afrobeats musician, Innocent Idibia, known as 'Tuface- 2Baba, ' will, from September 19 to 21, 2025, boost tourism and economic development at the African Cultural Festival, ACF2025, in Pennsylvania, United States of America.
This announcement comes as Billboard crowns 2Baba’s timeless hit “African Queen” the Greatest Afrobeats Song of All Time, topping its Top 50 Best Afrobeats Songs list. The song was celebrated for its cultural significance, commercial success, and global impact — a landmark moment for African music.
The concert, titled “Rhythms of Africa” with the theme “Africa to the World: Culture, Creativity and Collaboration,” will be held at the Forum Auditorium, 500 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA.
While Lagos State will be represented by a delegation of creatives, entrepreneurs, and innovators passionate about culture and its global relevance, 2Baba will electrify the event with his musical skills, as Billboard has named his hit song ‘African Queen‘ Best Afrobeats Song of All Time.
According to the Special Adviser to the Governor on Tourism, Mr. Idris Aregbe, the Lagos State government’s participation is aimed at reinforcing the state’s global cultural presence, in line with the THEMES+ agenda of the administration.
He added that it will afford the state the opportunity to ‘tell our stories and secure a seat among global cultural hubs.’
Wole Adeniyi, CEO of the African Cultural Festival (ACF) and ACI Entertainment, described the timing and collaboration as perfect for African growth and reconnection with its diaspora, promoting economic development.
He said, "The Festival could not have come at a better time. Africa and the world need unity, collaboration, and creativity to forge a better future. ACF is a movement to reconnect Africa with its diaspora and reignite cultural and economic transformation.
Adeniyi, in his statement, added that for Tuface (2Baba), the event will serve as a way to celebrate his legendary status as one of Africa’s foremost musicians, as Billboard has crowned his hit song “African Queen” the Greatest Afrobeats Song of All Time, topping its Top 50 Best Afrobeats Songs list.

Supported by the Government of Pennsylvania through the Dauphin County Commissioners and Lagos State Government, ACF2025 was conceived by ACI Entertainment to spotlight Africa’s creative economy on the global stage.
Themed “Africa to the World: Culture, Creativity and Collaboration,” ACF2025 will run from September 19–21, 2025, across Harrisburg, featuring:

- ACF Marketplace — Trade, innovation, and investment platform
- NextGen Connect — Youth leadership and entrepreneurship forum
- Africa Steeze on the Runway — Fashion and creative showcase

According to the Festival Director, Foluke Michael, the festival will position Pennsylvania as ‘the new frontier for Africa’s global expansion through youth empowerment, heritage storytelling, and cross-continental business networking. ACF is a call to action, an investment, and a legacy for Africa and its diaspora.’
Other musicians on the Billboard top 10 list include Wizkid, Flavour, Rema, Tems, CKay, D’banj, Davido, Burna Boy, and P-Square.
Femi Ojetunde, renowned music executive and ACF Concert Director, emphasised that Rhythms of Africa will unleash a powerful new energy unlike anything the world has ever experienced.
The concert, he added, aligns with the festival’s theme “Africa to the World: Culture, Creativity and Collaboration” and will take centre stage at the Forum Auditorium, 500 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA.
